 Today, we talk about how to be fit at home. Lots of people do not go to any gym and not involved in any sports activity. Most of the people have a very tight schedule that's the reason he is not able to go the gym, the yoga center not go to any fitness club.So today we talk some exercises which can be done at home. And this exercise is the gift for mankind.

Steps of Sapate:

5.  pushup bar:  This is my experience if you pushup with pushup bar you muscles workout is more effective. Your grip is more accurate. your chest , shoulder workout is more effective with pushup bar.
