Crow pose(bakaasan)

 Bakasan is made from Sanskrit words, "Bak" means stork, "Kak" means crow and asan means posture.This asana is equally beneficial for both men and women . Bakasan yoga is considered the best posture for strengthening the muscles and arms of the stomach and back. Although the person has some difficulty in doing this asana, but once the balance of the body is formed, it can be practiced easily. How to do bakaasan


First of all, stand upright on the floor in Tadashan posture. Now bending down, open both your palms and keep them on the ground. Bend your arms. Try to get your knees as close to the armpit on the floor as possible. Press your knees slightly with your arms. Try to lift the toes off the ground. After this, raise your hips upwards and try to balance the body on the arms. Keep neck straight and look in front.


Benefits of Bakaasan



By doing the bakasana, the muscles of the back and abdomen are in a straight state. The bones of the spine are also toned. In such a situation, you are protected from bone-related diseases.

While doing bakasana, the entire weight rests on the palms, so the person keeps the weight of his body with full focus, then this asana is completed. Because of this, the concentration of the person increases get more focused and does their work
