 We talk in this article about the various types of pushups. These pushups are very effective and useful.. These pushups are a gift for those people who can not go to the gym. 



1. Dive bomber(Ramamurti)


This is the traditional pushup in India. This is a full-body workout with primary targets of the lower back, shoulder, and chest.

Steps of a dive bomber

1.Start with your hand and feet on the ground.
2. Feet spread and your lower body is up.
3.Start going down and coming back

Steps of handstand(sher dand)


1. This pushups is very difficult for many people, if you are uncomfortable then you should not do this exercise.
2.First practice handstand before handstand pushup .
3. If you can do handstand, then you can handstand pushup.
4. Beginner should not be alone
5. practice with the help of wall in beginning

5. Burpees 







To do burpee exercise, first, stand up straight, and keep both your feet shoulder-width apart. Keep the hands straight downwards.


Now sit down and place both your hands on the floor in a squatting position



Now, putting weight on both your hands, bounce both your legs off the ground and straighten the back. Only two toes will remain on the floor..



Now you will be in a state of push-ups. Lower your chest to do push-ups. Then bring your chest back up.



Bring both of your legs back to their original position. Beginners can walk back to their original position.


After this you stand upright by jumping upwards


.Then straighten both hands upward and jump into the air with the feet.

Finally, get to your starting position. Do 15 reps to complete a set of Burpee exercises. If you are a beginner then start with 5  burpees in a row.
