Do not eat fruits after meals:

 Generally people eat fruits after having meal which is a bad habit because fruits are already digested by nature and to digest fruits does not require much energy. Whereas food takes 3-4 hours to digest. If we eat fruits after having a meal, then the fruit gets digested quickly and the food digested later starts getting affected. What is eaten first should be digested first. Therefore, fruits should be consumed before meals.


 Do not drink water while eating food:

We know very well that water should not be drunk while eating food. Because when food is in our mouth, then our tongue recognizes the quality of the food and suitable digestive acids start leaking in our stomach, in such a situation, if we drink water with food, then the capacity of these digestive acids becomes lighter and helps in digestion of food. Digestion gets hindered. That's why we should never drink water while eating.


Eat dinner 3 hours before bedtime:

Dinner should always be taken 3 hours before sleeping because our body is engaged in the regeneration and rejuvenation of millions of cells while sleeping at night, so if we go to sleep immediately after eating food, then our body will not be able to build cells. The place will spend its energy in digesting the food itself, which has a negative effect on our health. If possible, one glass of lukewarm water should be drunk before sleeping at night, due to which the food gets digested more quickly.



 Increase the amount of raw food:

Raw food means sprouted grains, raw vegetables like carrots, radishes, cucumbers, sweet potatoes or any other vegetables that you find tasty. Cooking loses the nutrition of the food and the phytochemicals are converted into toxic chemicals. Therefore, make a habit of eating more and more raw food.

Do yoga exercise or walk: Pollution is minimum in the morning air, so make a habit of doing Pranayama, exercise, Surya Namaskar or walking every morning. Make it an integral part of your life, whichever of the three you find appropriate, because this habit is very important for your health.
