Yoga for Beginners

People feel that yoga is very difficult. And many yoga postures are difficult for some people. Our body is not so flexible from beginning. So we do not able to many yoga in beginning. Today we will tell such yoga which is for beginners. Yoga is the best exercise for our body which helps us to be physically and mentally healthy. Yoga keeps our body healthy both inside and outside.

Note: If you have a neck injury or pain, do not try to do this asana.

3. Warrior pose (veerbhadra aasan)




Benefits of warrior pose:


1. Strengthens hands, feet and waist.

3.Immediately relieves shoulder tension.

4.Increases courage, grace and peace.


4. Downward dog: (adhomukhaasan)





    Benefits:

1. This asana gives energy to the body and refreshes you.

2.Provides peace and is very beneficial in headache, sleeplessness, fatigue etc.

5. Bow pose:


It is difficult for some people but after practicing you can do this easily.

2.It provides strength to the whole body. Especially the arms, shoulders and legs.

3.Strengthens the muscles and increases blood circulation in the brain.


Note: Do not do this downward dog and bow pose  if you are suffering from high blood pressure, weak eye capillaries, shoulder injury or diarrhea.
