7 gym mistakes

Today, we talk  about 7 big gym mistakes do by youngsters. And it can be very dangerous. People don't know what mistake they are making. This is my personal experience today I am sharing.

So Let's start:


1. Lack of patience: 

Lack of patience people leave gym in the middle.Your workout do not give immediate result. So be patience. Every body have different body types ,so result will be not same. Genetic is also play a big roll in fitness. Some people get result quickly and some not. But everything will be achieve by dedication and patience.


2. No proper warmup:


Many people come to the gym and lift the dumbbell straight away. This is totally wrong. Before any heavy exercises and weight lifting must warmup such as walking, stretching, jogging. Without warmup there is a danger of injuries.


3. Ego lifting:


Many people lift heavy weight very soon. But this is wrong way. Lift weight according to the strength , not seeing other people. Increasing weight according to your progress. Please throw your ego outside the gym. Every body has own capacity. Don't compare yourself to other. If you lift heavy weight out of your capacity you invite serious injuries.


4. Carry tower:

Gym ethics is also necessary. If you don't follow gym ethics you invite infection and skin disease. So towels is also very important.


5. Don't compare to other:


Don't compare yourself to others because everyone is different and everyone body structure and strength is also different. If you compare yourself to other you will demotivated . You only focus on your progress only.

6. Irregular:


Many people are not regular in gym.  Irregular in gym not give you Arbitrary results. So if you want a better result set your proper time for gym. 
 
7. Pre workout meal:

Many people make the biggest mistake of not taking this mile, because if you skip this mile, you cannot get energy to work out in the gym and you get tired quite quickly.  So you don't skip pre-workout miles at all.
