how to lose weight?



If you lose weight these are the step you follow , you definitely loose weight. 


1. Nutrition



Nutrition is very important for lose weight , if you are obese then you should concentrate on his nutrition. Most of the people are unfit because of bad eating habits. Today most of the young generation eat junk food , that is why obesity increase rapidly all the world . So first you change your eating habit because without changing of eating habit you can not lose weight . 



2.Increase your activity



It is not necessary you should go gym , you should focus on physical activity like you can play any games such as soccer , cricket etc. If you are old then you should only focus on walking and jogging . Gym is totally different topic , if you want your look more attractive then you will go gym.. If you don't can not play outdoor games you at least morning walk daily.



3. Yoga 



If you don't want go outside for walking, jogging or any outside activity then you should do yoga . Today yoga  is very popular even developed country USA and England . After Covid 19 yoga is more popular . yoga is not only for good outside physic but also good for inside . Gym is good for only physic but yoga both mental and physical. 


Many yogas such as surya namakar  is not helping only mental but also good for physic . 



4. Drink water in a right way



If you drink water in right way then less chances to overweight. If you drink less water , you can face problem not only overweight but also many diseases firstly kidney problem, kidney stones. So drink water in a right way not less not much not only decrease weight but protect from other problems.


5. Get up early morning


 



Last but not least if you wake up early morning you will never be a overweight. Listen carefully sorry read carefully if you sleep in time and wake up early morning then your body will never be a overweight . so sleep in time and wake up early. If you wake up early morning in brahmamurat (ब्रह्ममूरत) before 5am then you will never be a overweight person.
