 Today , we discuss about how to make body without the gym . This question  is on everyone's mind. Please note if you want a professional body then gym is compulsory, in this article we only talking about the people how want a well physic and attractive body. So let's start.

Before we start please noted that regularity is very important. So make sure you will regular in these exercises.




1. Simple pushups


Pushups is very good for beginner . If you started pushup in beginning you face some problem but after some day you will easily doing this exercise. Pushup is very common and very effective exercise. But variety of pushups more effective . Firstly we talk about pushup:


In this pushup these steps are following:


1. push can do any where but i suggest that you should doing outside because of oxygen .intake make you more strong , but you can do anywhere
2. Firstly put your both hand on the floor.
3. secondary , your waist must be straight .
4. Thirdly , your will be in middle of both the hand.
5.Now go down slowly and come up slowly
6.If you are beginner you can do upto 10 to 20 according your strength
7.you can do 3 sets daily and increase time to time.








2. Hindu pushups

1. simple pushup ( sadharan dand)
2. hanuman dand 
3. vrishchick dand
4.vaksh vikaas dand
5. sarp dand
6. shair dand (lion pushup)
7. rammurti dand

3. Squat


squat is basically leg exercise if you do this exercise your body become more tone and more attractive.
