Chest workout at home without equipment

 Chest play a major major in the beauty of man. Man's chest is the important part of his personality If chest is broad,  man looks good  in compare to others. This reason many young boys are go to the gym. In this article we talk about many exercises which can make your chest broad and attractive at home. Please note diet is also important so you also concentrate on your diet. 


1. Knee pushup:


If you are beginner and your strength is not much developed then you start with knee pushup. knee pushup is good for beginner. In the knee pushup, Knee on the ground . And do pushup.




In this pushup, you can easily make your chest broad. If you do this pushup your strength become increases especially for beginner . Please do this pushup according to your strength . 


Note: If you have problem in Knee don't do this pushup


2. Simple pushups: 





In Simple pushups :

1.Start with your hand and feet on the ground.
2. Keep your body straight
3. Start pushup


If you are beginner then you should do 10 times in each sets. you can do 3 sets and increase number pushups according to your comfort. 

If you are intermediate then you should do 15 times in each sets.


If you have great strength you should 30 times each sets . Many people can do 100 pushups , It is totally depend how much you strength. 




3. Decline pushups: 


This pushup is more difficult in compare to Simple pushup. In this pushup our body is down that is, downward. In this we have to do pushups by resting our feet on a wall or a table. 





It puts more pressure on chest muscles. If you can do this your chest become more engaged. Do this according to your strength . 


By doing this pushups, the oxygen supply in the chest increase, as well as ability to consume.


In this pushup the inner cell of chest grow rapidly and gradually chest begins to wider.



4. inclined pushups:





This is just opposite of decline. In this pushup our body is inclined upward. It is simple in compare to decline.


However , it is also helpful to developed of chest.
