 Today , we talk about  breathing exercises you should do every morning. We are going to discuss the Breathing exercises.

Let's start :



1.Kapalbhati breathing exercises:


 This is sanskrit name made up of two words kapa means skull and bhati means illuminating 

For kapalbhati , first sit any comfort place and your spine will be straight. keep your shoulder relaxed and push out your chest. Place your hand on the sky comfortably on your knees.

Take a long deep breath.

Exhale, pull your stomach inward. Draw your stomach in such a way that it touches the spine. Do as much as you can. You can feel the contraction of the abdominal muscles by placing a hand on your stomach. 

As soon as you release the muscles of the stomach, the breath automatically reaches your lungs.


In simple word, This is the first stage of kapalbhati in which you start to slowly inhale, and you force fully exhale, and your belly contracts.

At one go practice 30 to 40 breaths and practice this in the 3 sets of round.

2. Bhastrika :



Bhastrika Pranayama Yoga is a combination of two Sanskrit words. The first word is Bhastrika, which means the bellows


According to its name, in this process of yoga, the breath of life, like a blower, is exhaled rapidly to extend the breath.
Also, the breath is taken inward with the same speed and speed.

Steps of bhastrika :





1. Morning time in the day is good for doing Bhastrika Pranayam. By selecting a clean, flat place, first of all, place the posture there

2.Bhastrika Pranayama can be done by sitting in Padmasana or Sukhasana. While doing this pranayama (yoga), it is very important to keep your body in a stable state.

3.Now make sure that your head, throat, back and spine are straight. And while doing Bhastrika Pranayama, keep your mouth completely closed.

4.Now take full breath from both your nasal cavities at one speed. After taking in full breath, exhale the entire breath at a speed through both nasal cavities. The speed of inhalation and exhalation should be as fast as a "blower" and the inhalation should be taken in and out completely.

5.While doing bhastrika pranayama, when you breathe in and out, then the lungs should swell. And when the breath is exhaled then the lungs should shrink.
