Steps of Chakraasan:
First of all, lie on your back.
Bend the knees and keep the feet at a distance of 10 -12 inches while touching the ankles with the buttocks.
Raise the arm and twist the elbows.
Place the palms on the ground near the head above the shoulders.
Take a breath and slowly raise the torso and bend the back.
Gently leave the head hanging and stretch the arms and legs as much as possible.
You can do this process 4 to 5 times
2. What is bow pose? (dhanu aasan)
Dhanu + aasan because the shape of posture is like bow.
Steps of bow pose:
Lying on the stomach, keep the distance between the buttocks in the legs and keep both hands directly on both sides of the body.
Fold the knees near the waist and hold the knee with hands.
Inhaling raise the chest above the ground and pull the legs towards the waist.
Look in front with a smile on your face.
Keeping your breath, stay in the posture, now your body is like a bow.
Taking long deep breaths, relax in the posture.

3. What is head stand? (shirsha aasan)
Head stand ( shirsh aasan) because it is done by head. Headstand is practiced by raising the head down and feet up, so it is called Headstand Pose.
Steps of head stand:
1.Place your head between your palms.
2.Straighten the knees and feet.
3.Walk a few steps towards your head, lift your feet off the floor.
4.Bend the knees of one leg and move it upward.
5.Bring the weight of your body from the claws to the head and arms.
6.Slowly move the other leg up and straighten the bent knees.
