Arms workout

 Today, we talk about how to increase power in arms. Everybody wants a big  biceps , strong muscles. Why you should need strong and big biceps , not only because to be a  strong but also the matter of impressive personality. today we talk about best exercises who can make your arms strong and big. 


It is often seen that people work hard to build their biceps, but they still do not get the biceps they want. Are you also troubled by your lean biceps?

These exercises can be done at home without any equipment.


1. Sapate pushups: 


Sapate pushup is Indian pushup know as hindu pushup and desi pushup. Many national and international wrestler do this exercise. You know International players have not shortage any equipment of gym still he do this exercises for make strong and big arms.


Steps of Sapate:

In sapate exercise first of all, stand up straight and keep both your feet shoulder-width apart, keep the hands straight downwards.


  Now sit down and place both your hands on the floor in a squatting position.


Place it on the floor.

Now putting weight on both your hands, bounce both your legs off the ground and straighten the back. Only two toes will remain on the floor.

Now you will be in a state of push-ups. 




2. Dive bomber(Rammurti)


This is traditional pushup of India .This is a full body workout primary target lower back ,shoulder and chest.

Steps of dive bomber

1.Start with your hand and feet on the ground.
2. Feet spread and your lower body be up.
3.Start going down and come back    




3. Diamond pushups:

You must have known push ups. Just the same thing has to be done, the difference is that your hands will be placed on the ground such that both your thumbs and the finger with the thumb are touching each other forming a triangle. Both palms will be like a triangle. Remove its three sets and six to 10 wraps. Now similar push ups.



 4. Hanuman dand (Hanuman pushup)


Hanuman dand (pushups) is also Indian traditional pushup. Lord hanuman is the god of power and courage. This pushup give you  a massive strength. Let's know the technic 

1.Starting position as dive bomber
2.Bring the right leg forward first
3. and do pushup
4. same left leg bring forward 
5. and pushup


In old times there is no gym but this not mean that time  there was no wrestler. You know that old times have more strength and power.
