Best Exercises to Do at Home for Women

 Any woman should always start with stretching to stay fit.  For this, first of all, you should give movement to your hands and neck, then move your shoulders round and round.  After that, the body should be moved to the left and right side by opening the legs in width.





With plank exercise, you can make yourself flexible. To do this, you do not have to move your body, but do it in one position only. To do this, first come in the position of push-up. Then straighten the legs and waist. Take care that your waist does not bend in the meantime. Try to stay in this position for as long as possible.



Push up is a common exercise, in which the whole body is kept parallel to the ground and kept straight. Keeping the palms on the ground on either side of the chest, the body is raised and lowered by emphasizing on the arms and shoulders. In this state, the entire weight of the body is on the palms and toes of the feet. Push-ups can be helpful in strengthening the muscles, triceps and shoulders as well as increasing body strength.





Third is cycling, this exercise can be easily done by women of any age. Although it exerts some pressure on the joints, it tones the limbs, muscles and back. Apart from this, by doing this exercise daily, you can easily reduce your belly fat.



Fourth is swimming, while swimming your heart works faster to produce energy and it also increases your heart rate. In this, from the muscles of your neck to the hands and hips to the feet, it works. It relaxes your mind and body and is a lot of fun to do.
