Benefits of wheel pose (chakra asana)

Today , we talk about chakra aasan means wheel pose. chakra asana is a Sanskrit word. chakra means wheel and asana means pose or posture. Chakrasana yoga is an important yoga practice performed on the back.  Although there are many benefits of Chakrasana, yet if you want to stop your old age and keep your youth intact, then practice Chakrasana Yoga. Dhanurasana(bow pose) should be done after this yoga practice so that the body remains in balance.






How to do wheel pose?

If you are a beginner then you should first Lie on your back. Most of the person who has flexible back can do this asana without lie on the back.
  
Then follow these steps:


Bend the knees and keep the feet at a distance of 10 -12 inches while touching the ankles with the buttocks.
Raise the arm and twist the elbows.
Place the palms on the ground near the head above the shoulders.
Take a breath and slowly raise the torso and bend the back.
Gently leave the head hanging and stretch the arms and legs as much as possible.
Breathe in slowly and exhale slowly.
Keep this pose as long as possible.


After that, return to the initial state by lowering the body in such a way that the head remains on the ground. Bring down the rest of the body and relax.
It was a cycle.
In this way you do three to five cycles.


This yog asana has great benefits such as:

Wheel pose precaution:


This posture is a little difficult, never force it.

It should not be done in heart problems.

Avoid doing this in high blood pressure.

It should not be done in case of dizziness.

People with swollen stomachs and hernias should not do this asana.

Do not practice too much back pain.

Those who cannot do chakrasana should do ardhachakrasana.
