What is pranaakarshana pranayama?

Pranaakarshana Pranayama Various procedures of Pranayama have been prescribed for various experiments, one of which is Pranaakarshana Pranayama.  It has been said that only by adding a sense of desire and determination, actions become vital and produce desired results.  The success of Pranakrishna Pranayama depends entirely on the perseverance of the will power.  The process is like this: The best time for pranayama is Brahmamuhurta in the morning.  The reason is that at that time the effect of the spirit element is very intense in space, and specific types of conscious streams flow from the subtle centers all over the universe.  To do it can be done at any time, there is no restriction on it, but in the morning, such benefits may not be available at other times.

The best time for Astu, Pranayama is considered to be morning.  Retire from morning routine and sit in a comfortable posture, facing east.  Both hands should be on knees.  Spinal straight, eyes closed.  Note that the fast and vigorous nature is taking vibrations in the sky.  Of hot steam, the clouds shining in the sunlight. As the spirit of life blows around us and amidst that life boom, we are sitting in a relaxed, peaceful, uninteresting and happy posture.

Breathe slowly through both the nostrils, start pulling and feel that we are pulling the clouds of life element through our breath.  Just as a bird enters its nest, a snake enters its burrow, similarly the life flow scattered around us is entering the body through our nostrils with breath and from brain, chest, heart, stomach, intestines all the way through  Is entering the organs.  When the breath is completely pulled out, hold it inside and realize that - the soul which has been drawn, the organs within us - are absorbing the afferent.  Just as water is poured on the soil, it absorbs it, similarly our organs are like dry soil and are holding this drawn soul like water inside them forever, along with the consciousness involved in the soul,  Many levels like strength, vigor, courage, patience, might, are being stabilized in our body parts.

After stopping for as long as the breath can be stopped easily, exhale slowly.  Together realize that the essence of Prana Vayu is pulled by our organs.  After being taken, it is now being taken out through the air with the same disorder, as after the butter is removed, the effluent is removed.  The disorders that were in the body, mind and brain have all dissolved with this exhaled breath like many fumes like black smoke are coming out.  After full breath is exhaled, stay out of breath for some time, that is, stay without breath and feel that the defects inside were removed.  With the view of not allowing them to return the door has been closed and they are being thrown out and fly far away from us.

This whole process of Pranayama happened.  Which should be started in the initial phase in the number of five i.e. the above process should be repeated five times.  One pranayama can be extended every month.  This process can be progressively taken up to half an hour in the duration of the year.
