How to reduce face fat?

 Hello friends today we will talk about chubby face. Chubby face is not a problem but it reduces your facial attraction a bit and you also see age drawer in it, although it is treated in the market but it is very expensive and risky.  This problem occurs mostly to overweight people.

 1.Simha Yoga:  first you spread the seat on the ground, now sit on it in Sukhasana or Vajrasana

Now bend your head backward and try to lift your chin upwards. Do this exercise 10 to 15 times and stop for 10 seconds while exercising.





3. Laughing: Get a big smile on your face - pull a little more, a little more - now press and kiss your lips harder. Do this 10 - 20times.

4.Chewingum:  Chewing gum is the best exercise for face fat. Chewing Chingam makes your face shape, so if you want to shape your face, chew chewing gum
