Well there are many methods of meditation. Such as vipasana. But if you want easy way meditation then sit comfortably in sukhaasan. Spinal will be straight. If you have problem in back take support from wall. At the beginning of this, close your eyes while chanting ॐ three times in a middle tone. You meditate by Om. Focused only in om. Take a long deap breath and chant om. In beginning you should do 10 min daily, but after you can do 30 min daily. Well meditation can be done at any time but morning time is better.
